The CommerceZone Support Centre provides support and timely resolution of client and supplier enquiries or support requests regarding CommerceZone’s solutions and services. Support is provided via telephone and e-mail.
 
All enquiries or support requests are tracked from the time the inquiry or support request is made until a solution is reached. An escalation process is provided to ensure all business critical issue are resolved timeously.
