CommerceZone's implementation methodology is designed to ensure that the requirements of the implementation are delivered according to the agreed standards and in the shortest time possible in order to minimise any disruption to the client’s business and maximise the benefit that the client will realise from the implementation. 
 
The implementation methodology has evolved over time. It started with the implementation of the e-procurement solution, Preferential e-Procurement™ throughout the Naspers Group.  During the initial Group implementation CommerceZone retained the services of a first-tier consulting house to ensure that a leading practice approach was entrenched in CommerceZone's future methodology.   The size of implementation has varied from less than 10 seats to hundreds of seats.
  
Every successful implementation represents an opportunity to adjust the methodology to incorporate lessons learned from that experience.  CommerceZone has used each opportunity to learn and this has enabled the consulting team to almost “proceduralise” the approach.  This has made it possible to keep costs and the impact on client resources to a minimum.
